Virgil Eugene Dubose
Virgil Eugene Dubose, 89, went home to be with the Lord, Friday, June 21, 2013. Mr. Dubose was born in Hazlehurst, GA on October 11, 1923 to the late Ben and Ida Dubose.
He served in the United States Navy during World War II and the Korean War, and was retired from Southern Nitrogen as a machinist.
He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Ella M. Dubose, daughter, Patricia Morgan, son and daughter-in-law, Lawrence E. and Terri Dubose, five grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 5:00 to7:00 p.m., Monday, July 1, 2013 at Fox and Weeks Funeral Directors, Hodgson Chapel.
Funeral Service will be 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 2, 2013 at Fox and Weeks Funeral Directors, Hodgson Chapel.
Burial will be in Hillcrest Abbey Memorial Park.
